Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

  • Refunds/returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.


2. Eligible for Refund/Return

✅ Damaged Items:

  • Sealed products (booster boxes/packs) with visible damage during shipping (provide photos within 48 hours).

  • Graded cards (PSA/BGS) if the holder is cracked or label is incorrect.

✅ Misgraded Cards:

  • Submit a PSA/BGS re-evaluation report showing a discrepancy (e.g., advertised as PSA 10 but graded as 9).

❌ Non-Refundable:

  • Opened/weighed booster packs or boxes (“mapping” suspicions).

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, card value dropped).


3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at thecardhousebh@gmail.com with:

    • Order number.

    • Photos/video of the issue.

  2. We’ll respond within 3 business days with instructions.


4. Refund Methods

  • Original payment: Processed within 5-10 business days.


5. Return Shipping

  • Buyer pays return shipping unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).


6. TCG-Specific Exceptions

  • Pre-orders: Cancellable before shipment (refunded in full).

  • Tournament prizes: Non-refundable (marked as such).
