1. Order Acceptance & Payment

  • All orders are subject to inventory availability.

  • Prices are in BHD/SAR and may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders (e.g., bulk purchases by resellers).

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and times vary by location (see Shipping Policy).

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

  • Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery confirmation.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Sealed products (booster boxes/packs): No refunds unless damaged in transit (must report within 48 hours).

  • Graded/single cards: Returns accepted only if misgraded (provide PSA/BGS evidence).

4. Prohibited Activities

  • No botting/scalping tools allowed.

  • Fraudulent payments will result in permanent bans and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All card images/logos are ™ of their respective owners (Pokémon, Konami, etc.).

  • Unauthorized use of our store’s content (photos, descriptions) is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:

    • Market value fluctuations of cards.

    • Shipping delays due to customs or carrier issues.
